Moyennement. L'appartement est vraiment vétuste et mal entretenu. De plus, notre voisin d'à côté faisait la fête tous les soirs et cela sentait la cigarette dans notre appartement. Le fait de ne pas mettre draps et serviettes à disposition vous fait vous sentir comme un pigeon.
