    Notre séjour s'est bien passé, bien que l'appartement n'ai été préparé que pour 4 personnes alors que nous étions 5. Le robinet de la salle d'eau fuyait lorsque on l'ouvrait.

    Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous sommes ravis que la résidence vous ait plu. Avant votre séjour, nous avons préparé les deux chambres. En effet, le canapé-lit n’est pas préparé en amont : un kit est déposé dans le séjour. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour le robinet de la salle d’eau qui fuyait. Notre technicien sur place est disponible tout au long du séjour pour intervenir en cas de besoin, et ce dysfonctionnement a depuis été pris en charge par notre équipe afin de garantir un service optimal à nos prochains clients.
