    SI VOUS SOUHAITEZ PASSER UN SEJOUR AGREABLE ne louer jamais cet appartement B17 residence LES EPERON. PROPRIETAIRES PEU RECOMMANDABLES.......La serrure du casier à ski qui lache le premier jour (au moins 40 ans d'age) et le proprio qui decide de me la facturer. HEUREUSEMENT l' AGENCE A ETTE BIEN PLUS INTELLIGENT ET A PRIS LA REPARATION A SA CHARGE . L' AGENCE IMMOBILIERE DES ALPES EST A CONSEILLER. (3 semaines de pbs avec le proprio et caution jamais retournée)

    Monsieur, Nous louons depuis plus de 10 ans notre appartement et nous n’avons jamais eu un mauvais commentaire et pourtant nous avons eu plus d’une centaine de locations! Vous mentionnez n’avoir pas reçu votre caution, cela fait parti de l’un de vos nombreux mensonges. Nous vous avons photographié votre chèque déchiré puis envoyé. Nous sommes unanimes sur votre caractère odieux et irrespectueux au vu des différents échanges écrits et oraux que vous avez eu avec l’agence et nous même et le tout confirmé par un état des lieux de sortie non réalisé par votre part en ne respectant pas les horaires prévus et en laissant un appartement sale, lumières allumées et chauffage à fond. Vous n’êtes certainement pas à votre premier coup d’essai au vu des procédures d’harcèlement que vous avez employées auprès de l’agence et de nous-mêmes. Sachez que nous sommes des personnes honnêtes, d’ailleurs nous vous avons autorité à entrer dans l’appartement sans nous donné en main propre le chèque de caution ( chèque qu’il fallait mettre dans une boite aux lettre et que vous avez mis plus de trois jours à donner), de plus la facture liée à la dégradation du casier à ski a été payée par nos soins malgré des photos attestants que l’utilisateur l’avait délibérément abîmée. Cher propriétaire des 2 Alpes, fuyez cette personne!
