Très bien. L'appartement est vraiment spacieux et bien équipé. Propreté limite.
Le seul (gros) bémol est la conciergerie Firstrax.
Ces personnes: ne sont pas joignables, ni par téléphone, ni par SMS, et répondent aux mail deux jours après.
La caution est demandée en liquide ou par chèque mais une affiche explique que les chèques sont refusés.
La caution et le ménage ne correspondent pas aux prix demandé, il faut discuter. Pas de monnaie pour faire l'appoint.
