    Trés bon séjour au 2 alpes .en revanche l accueil et le suivi de notre séjour on était déplorable .MME Guerin pour ne pas la citer ! a était au abonnée absente . pas d état des lieux d éffèctué à notre arrivée ,pas de clé pour le local à ski ,et une seule clé pour la porte d entrée .tous cela signalé au début de notre séjour .je ne recommande pas cette personne!

    Bonjour, Merci de vos commentaires. Mme Guerin est la.personne qui s'occupe de l'entrée et du départ des locataires. Effectivement, il y a eu quelques soucis avec elle cette semaine, nous faisons en sorte que ces soucis ne se reproduisent pas. Nous espérons malgré tout que vous avez passé un agréable séjour dans notre appartement.
