Le propriétaire replied
cher locataire, après notre entretien téléphonique suite à votre notation, nous vous confirmons que la descente de lit avec laquelle vous dites vous être sali les pieds sortait du lave linge séchant le matin même. Concernant la conciergerie, du fait de votre arrivée très tardive, elle vous a livré les draps en fin d’après-midi et vous a communiqué le mode opératoire pour récupérer les clefs . De ce fait vous avez du récupérer le linge de toilette le dimanche matin.
