Notre arrivée a été compliquée, nous avons dû attendre 45' au froid l'arrivée des clés. En plus les locataires précédents n'avaient pas nettoyé le logement.

Le propriétaire replied
Désolé pour la longue attente, le concierge s’efforce de faire son possible mais il doit parfois gérer plusieurs arrivées en même temps. Le code d’accès de l’immeuble est toujours communiqué pour ne pas attendre dans le froid. La propreté est très importante pour nous et si un problème se produit, contactez le concierge dès votre arrivée et il fera le nécessaire.
Pour information, un nouveau canapé lit tout confort a été livré cet été.
