La première nuit:pas de serrure dans l'appartement avec porte pouvant s'ouvrir dd l'extérieur.
La fenetre:avec vitre très sale
Équipement defaillant:lustre:avec 3 ampoules sur 5 manquantes.
Radiateur d la salle de bains:en panne.
Sèche chevaux,et grille pain en panne.
Frigo:1 des 2 portes bouteilles cassé.
Saleté de l'appartement:
Alèze tachée.
Poussière que appareils électroménagers.
Moutons de poussière au sol.
