L'appartement est idéalement situé à moins de 5min à pied du télécabine Jandri, du départ de l'ESF Jandri et avec tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble : supermarchés, magasins de sports (locations de ski), pharmacie... Très bien équipé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Exposé au soleil le matin, vue sur les pistes et le front de neige. Seul bémol : immeuble très sonore, et la baie vitrée ancienne laisse entendre les bruits de la rue (camions poubelles, fêtards, livreurs à l'aube...)
