Globalement une catastrophe.
Appartement pas très propre, literie, plus que moyenne, matelas, poser au sol dans la troisième chambre!
Un appareil à raclette pour neuf personnes, dans un état désastreux.
Le lave-vaisselle se bouche au bout de deux jours, et le jacuzzi à l’écran de cassé, donc les réglages ne sont pas réalisables, cerise sur le gâteau, la locataire, nous facture 250 € d’intervention de technicien qu’elle prélève sur la caution.
Locaation à fuir, propriétaire de mauvaise foi !

Merci pour votre retour, bien que certains points ne reflètent pas la réalité des faits.
Je reste disponible 24h/24 pour intervenir en cas de besoin. Malheureusement, les dysfonctionnements cités (jacuzzi et lave-vaisselle) m’ont été signalés très tardivement, m'empêchant d'agir plus tôt. Pour rappel, le ménage est assuré par des professionnels et le logement est strictement conforme aux photos.
Les interventions techniques ont révélé que les pannes étaient dues à une mauvaise utilisation : manipulation des réglages internes du jacuzzi et débris de verre obstruant le filtre du lave-vaisselle. Je rappelle qu'il ne faut jamais tenter de réparer les équipements soi-même.
Une retenue de 210 € (et non 250 €) a été effectuée, correspondant uniquement aux frais de réparation sur présentation de factures. J'ai d'ailleurs pris une partie de ces frais à ma charge.
La satisfaction de mes clients est ma priorité, mais elle repose aussi sur un signalement immédiat des problèmes pour me permettre d'agir.
