    Appartment is small but lovely. Location is perfect for accessing the slopes, but also very noisy at night while slopes are being maintained and in the morning when lots of users are heading to the slopes. Washing machine is essential when it comes to winter sports, but it's not available. Onsite parking is unsatisfactory as I had to literally poach for someone to leave in order to use it. Biggest let down is having to deep clean the apartment before we leave 7:30am which was very stressful.

    Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the 2 Alpes Réservation website. I note your comments regarding the welcome at the apartment as well as the departure process. I have discussed these points with our concierge service, and it appears that your dissatisfaction mainly related to the parking situation, as no space was available upon your arrival. I sincerely regret this inconvenience. As mentioned in our information note, parking spaces are offered subject to availability, and since parking in the resort became paid in 2024, private parking areas are unfortunately in very high demand. Regarding your departure, I understand that the optional end-of-stay cleaning service was not selected. This option is available to allow guests to enjoy a more relaxed departure without the stress of final cleaning. Concerning the noise disturbance from the Diable ski lift, I acknowledge that this is the first time we have received such feedback. There is normally no night-time maintenance, but I will follow up with the lift operators to better understand what may have caused this issue during your stay. Thank you once again for choosing to stay in Les 2 Alpes. We truly appreciate your visit and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future. Je note que vous êtes insatisfait de l’accueil dans le logement ainsi que le départ. J’ai fait le point avec la conciergerie concernant cet aspect de votre séjour . Il semble que votre mécontentement provienne essentiellement du parking sur lequel vous n’avez pas trouvé de place à votre arrivée. Je le regrette , mais c’est pour cette raison que nous précisons sur notre note d’information que des places sont disponibles selon disponibilité. Depuis 2024 le stationnement est payant dans la station. Les parkings privatifs sont donc pris d’assaut. Concernant le départ, j’ai compris que vous n’aviez pas souscrit l’option ménage auprès de la conciergerie. Cette option permet aux clients de ne pas être stressés par le ménage de fin de séjour. Concernant les nuisances sonores provoquées par la remontée mécanique du Diable , je reconnais que c’est la première fois que nous avons cette remarque , d’autant qu’il n’y a habituellement aucune maintenance de nuit . Je me renseignerai auprès des services des remontées mécaniques pour connaître les causes de ce désagrément. Bonne journée et merci encore de votre séjour aux 2 Alpes
