La personne devant assurer l'arrivée/départ n'a pas pris contact, contrairement à ce qui était stipulé dans le contrat. Elle a été informé de l'heure de notre arrivée, mais n'est passée pour remettre les clefs qu'avec plus de deux heures de retard. Nous les avons récupéré dans la boîte aux lettres. Elle aurait pu les mettre là dès la sortie des locataires précédents. Fort heureusement mes enfants ne sont pas petits. Elle n'avait que quinze minutes de retard pour le départ.
