L’appartement était très sale à notre arrivée.
Nous l’avons signalé à l’agence qui a indiqué qu’elle nous recontactait. Sans nouvelles de leur part à 19h30 le samedi soir, nous sommes retournés à l’agence qui a envoyé deux personnes pour faire le ménage. En 15 minutes seulement… Insuffisant pour rendre l’appartement et ses équipements propres.
